We do not use gluten, casein, dairy, egg, corn, soy, nuts, potato, sesame, or refined sugars in our
allergy-free products.  We source our GF rice flour and tapioca starch through Bob's Red Mill.  We are
informed these products are certified GF, but may contain traces of soy, corn, and potato.  Although
some products contain certified gluten-free oats, oat-free products are available for our Celiac friends.
                    Welcome to Sparky’s Cantina, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-            
                    free foods inspired by Chef Sparky, the little dog who loves to
                    cook.  Sparky was a rescued shelter dog,  who now lends his
                    talents to raise funds for Whisper’s Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
                    lifetime Sanctuary for unwanted and retired animals.

                    Sparky’s mission is to help spread the word of kindness to animals,  
                    and remind people that good food doesn’t have to contain meat.  All
                    income from Sparky’s Cantina is donated to the animals at the
                    Sanctuary,  for their food and health care expenses.

The Cantina mobile food unit currently serves salads, sandwiches, hot & cold foods, &
homemade desserts.  We have a whole line of specialty allergy-free vegan desserts
that are free of the top 8 allergens including gluten, and also do not contain milk,
eggs or refined sugar.  We are available for special-event catering in Southern
Inquire about retailing our products in your store!

Look for us at events in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Sonoita, and Patagonia.  If you are an
event planner, please keep us in mind - we are receiving rave reviews about our food,
and you're helping a great cause!

We offer a variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast, lunch and
dinner.  Our desserts are also outstanding!  We have added a new
product line called Sweet Fiona - gluten-free vegan desserts with a
bit of decadence!  Fiona loved Sparky in his last months with us
and felt inspired to make a contribution to the Sanctuary with her
talents.  Be sure to try her Congo Bars!

Sparky's Cantina mobile kitchen still operates at special events in
Tucson, Sierra Vista, and Patagonia.  We have the capacity for
catering also!  Call us to discuss your needs.

Sparky also makes homemade dog/horse treats in a variety of
flavors.  They are all vegan, some are grain free, and they are safe
for most animal species.

white potato.  We never serve meat products and never will!  We
